Sleep Relief with Night Night / Thanksgiving

As Thanksgiving week starts my awarness is heightened of those who do not have relief from suffering;  of those stuggling through their days from a lack of sleep; of the many in need of food and a warm place to sleep. I have prayed to be a blessing for those around me. I have asked for a heightened sensory perception where I could serve. I am grateful for family and friends that buoy me up in times of difficulty.

Last night was spent in bottling up my "Night Night" mixture for the botique at the end of the month.  I prayed as I worked that this would be a blessing to those who used it, as it has been for my family.

Night Night gives relief to restless nights!

Night Night was developed in answer to a daughter in law that was struggling with lack of sleep! Linda asked if there was something I could do to help her and Night Night was born! This was several years ago and I have been mixing pure essential oils in a combination that has brought relief not only to my dear Linda, but many of my children and grandchildren.

And as always happens when something "works" requests kept coming in from friends, and my children's friends, to please make them some. This has been a fun blessing to those I love and I am now delighted to offer it for sale.

Night Night is "relaxing and balancing," helps with " insomnia," and works fantastically well in "quieting emotions." Night Night has also helped me with persistent "restless legs."

This is a great time to check your 72
hours kits. With all that is happening in
the world it has hopefully jogged your
memory that the clothes from 5 years ago might be
too small and the food- ugh. My son Graham came
over a couple of months ago and made me spread
my 72 hour kit out on the family room floor. His
response was; "you think you can carry this mom?"
He then proceeded to tell me what I needed to add
and delete (yes, my children never hesitate to keep
me on track). Well, obviously I have some work to
do and it is an on going process so this is a little
memory jog. If you are squared away with your kit,
make sure you also have one for your car. At our
April meeting, you will earn points in our game just
for checking your 72-hour kit.

BOO BOO as part of an emergency kit!

My friend Michelle gave me a little bag of healing "goodies" that replicated the ones she had put together for her own children this past Christmas. All that was lacking in my bag was a tin of Boo Boo, which she had included in the ten bags she assembled. Thanks Michelle! I feel more prepared and think Boo Boo should be in everyone's emergency kit.

I keep a tin in my purse, one in the car, one by the sink in the kitchen and one in my bathroom. This means that when I see chapped skin on one of my grandchildren on goes the Boo Boo or a scratch the Boo Boo is handy.

What do I do with Boo Boo?

I have just made an information card for the stores to display with my Boo Boo cream. I was thinking it looked pretty sweet-clever, some creativity and definitely an introduction to this all encompassing product. I found plastic frames that worked with
the layout and so took my papers to the local printer where I happily encased them in plastic and I was "ready" to go!

This morning as I was about to deliver to Cecilia's Lifestyle Institution shop I realized that I had misspelled eczema!! Why do I always think there is an X instead of a C?
