Boost Your Energy
At this time of year, when each of seems to feel "too" much stress, and "too" little relaxation.
There are several things that will help.
- The first is to make sure you have restful sleep. My answer to this is rubbing a little Night Night on the insides of your arms .
- First thing in the morning drink a large glass of room temperature water.
- Finally, do Donna Eden's 5 minute Energy Routine.
