Five Year Old Grandson has A Restful Sleep!

Night Night provides relaxing sleep for excited Henry!

With the excitement of the holidays and the anticipation of gifts and candy it is no wonder my 5 year old grandson was feeling restless at bedtime. His mother asked if he would like to use the Night Night Muno had made for his daddy. Yes! If his dad used it, then he would too. The result; a relaxed little boy,  dreaming about "visions of sugarplums" or at least his friends party the next day.

Using Night Night on children is successful...I suggest that you use 4 or 5 drops rubbed on the  inside of their arms.

Boost Your Energy

At this time of year, when each of seems to feel "too" much stress, and "too" little relaxation.

There are several things that will help.

  1. The first is to make sure you have restful sleep. My answer to this is rubbing a little Night Night on the insides of your arms .
  2. First thing in the morning drink a large glass of room temperature water.
  3. Finally, do Donna Eden's 5 minute Energy Routine.
All of these suggestions really DO WORK ! Try them and let me know how they work for you.

We all need a little boost at this time of year.

Boo Boo & Inspiration

Boo Boo rescues chapped skin

As the weather turns colder I watch my grandchildren's skin become chapped, dry and sore. Visiting with my 14 year old grandson, I look at his raw knuckles and ask if he needs a new tin of boo boo? He smiles in the endearing way of grandsons and assures me he has his own tin and goes to apply some boo boo.  A thin coat twice a day is all that is needed and it looks like magic has happened. I am in awe of how quickly healing takes place.

I was filled with inspiration this morning as I listened to the "piano guys" and the wonder of those shepherds as they found Mary and the babe.  This is definitely worth a watch-perhaps more than once.

Boo Boo Saves my Nose & Lips

The crazy flu struck my home a few days before the boutique and I was "hit"
hard with the chills, aches, head ache pain enough to shoot rockets off and
coughing that has endured all 7 days.It is always a surprise when hiking in
the hills of California feeling that I could run forever is reduced in just a quick plane trip and 10 hours to a feverish lump, with no audible voice or energy to even think about getting dressed. And the fact that the lump coughs constantly-oh, except when sneezing 15 times before the next cough starts.

Today there is light at the end of long gray tunnel-calm breathing and a "desire" to make a list. The list making might just put me under, but again, it means I am making the climb back to reality. My arsenal of help included, lemon, ginger, cinnamon and honey tea, endless teas from my homegrown herbs, essential oil rubs, a healthy supply of "soft" tissue, Boo Boo applied to my raw nose and lips, hot baths and a great deal of sleep. The trump on my end was a Priesthood blessing and with that blessing I could feel my body respond and gradually heal.

Contemplating what I could do for others in this same condition I have had the same sentence playing over and over in my head, "Even as ye have done it unto the least of these my brethren ye have done it unto me."  There are always neighbors, friends and family that need a positive word of encouragement, a note or cherie phone call. I hope I will not keep my life too busy to respond to others needs.

About This Blog

Blogging is new for me, but I am excited to share with you Muno Body Products information. My products are made from natural and organic herbs, oils and bees wax. With 30 grandchildren I wanted something that was healing, soothing and safe. Boo Boo was made to help heal their chapped cheeks, lips and knuckles, hang nails, and scratches. I started to give it to friends, as did my children and the results have been remarkable! My daughters and their friends have been using it on diaper rash, chapped cheeks and hands, excema, and scratches for the past 4 years with great success.

Use Boo Boo on clean skin--it heals quickly. It is not meant for open wounds and a little goes a long way. Most people have found it very soothing and remarkably healing.
